ADID GOVERNANCE

A nine-member Board of Directors governs the District. Six of its members are directly elected by the property owners and three are appointed by the Mayor and City Council President. The current Board of Directors are:

• Ramon Reyes, Omni Uptown Hotel at Centennial Olympic Park
• Rian Smith, representing National Black MBA Association
• Vice Chair: April Stammel, South Downtown
